MY STORY
My name is Demi and I am The Baby Physio! I have been practising as a Paediatric Physiotherapist for the last 7 years, and recently became a mother to our little angel Harry.
Having a baby during the height of lockdown was extremely tough.
I needed an outlet to break the monotony of isolation and lack of social stimulation as it was affecting both my abilities as a mother and wife.
Since then, I began documenting Harry's development on Instagram as well as providing strategies, tips, and ideas to help other babies maximise their potential.
I resonated with a lot of parents, and from that page, The Baby Physio was born.
