MY STORY

Hi, I'm Demi. I’m a Paediatric Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience, and a mum of 2 boys. Having my first son during the height of lockdown was extremely tough. The isolation and lack of support really highlighted how much parents need connection and guidance.

I began documenting my son Harry’s development on Instagram, sharing tips and strategies to help other babies thrive.

What started as a simple outlet, soon resonated with parents everywhere. From that community, The Baby Physio was born.

Since then, The Baby Physio has grown beyond what I imagined. I now work with hundreds of families, mentor physiotherapists, have created e-books that have supported thousands of families worldwide. I have also expanded my team with a new paediatric physiotherapist on board, Monica.
